WIX payments failing - sometimes

Probably won't help but running out of options...I have a WIX website with buttons that allow checkout via small business PayPal. The past few months several customers told me their payments were being rejected. WIX says its paypal, paypal says it's WIX.  If I send the customer a PayPal invoice and skip my WIX site entirely, the customer has been able to pay without issue.  I'm losing business, and can't get either side to help figure out the issue.  Wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem with WIX?  Thanks in advance

Yes I have wix and it's the same for me I've had multiple people tell me this and I'm looking for a new website host now because they seem to be behind the times and way more expensive than some that perform better and ensures orders go through. I don't think it's PayPal. I've seen that it's the widget failing and that's an issue with wix. I have had other wix widgets fail too lately which is not a good thing
