Where do you find your personal PayPal referral link?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! I understand that you would like to find a way to get a referral code or link. I'm guessing that you're hoping to take part in a promotion that was running that included a referral reward. 

Promotions are temporary events that may be open from time to time. When a promotion is available, the customers who are eligible for that promotion are emailed to inform them of their eligibility and invite them to participate. In situations where PayPal has not directly contacted you, there is no eligibility. If you have been contacted but the timeframe of the promotion has expired, that would also mean that the promotion is unavailable. Check the terms of the promotion in the email for more information. There should be instructions for obtaining a referral code or link if eligible and the promotion is still active. If not, I regret that it would not be possible.

I just saw the P2P Referral link and pic on my Newsfeed on Facebook and shared it but then I thought when I click on it it just takes me to log in??
So, I called PayPal and asked for a call back which I got after 25 minutes and after searching all on my Paypal page for referral link or code, how to refer friends , send referral to friend etc and found nothing. I got a call from the Paypal rep and ask: "where is my referral code link or code, I can not find it" and he said he was gonna get help to answer my questions and put me on hold for 18 minutes and then my call got re-routed to the main home page again to hold , (a 20 minute hold) or ask for a call back.

It has now bee 35 minutes and  I am hanging up ; not sure if I will still refer a friend as if I do and do not get my $10 it will take a lot of my time to call and get help on getting it and $10 is not worth my time for this issue! 

I finally got someone now after researching this on google also and waiting for just a simple answer; and got a Rep. 
I am not sure now if I do want to Refer or even if I do , be certain that I will get the $10 for me and my Friend that I plan on referring? ?

I finally got a very GOOD Rep. worth waiting for that immediately answered my question. "Go to paypal.me and you will be able to create a referral link  or go to your account in profile and find your link ; if you have created one previously; on the left after you picture and name."
