Hello...I have been using PayPal invoicing and have encountered a couple of problems. (There was no option to select PayPal invoicing to properly route this help request to the invoicing forum board.)
1) after I download the invoice and save it to my desktop and then try to print it, the printer dialog box says its a 8.5x11 page size, but it appears in the printer dialog box to be 11x17. I can print it to fit my 8.5x11 paper, but have to check the "Fit to paper" box. How do I make the invoice be 8.5x11 instead of 11x17 without have to check that box? There is no option in the dialog box to resize the PDF, other than the "Fit to paper" check box. Why not just generate the PDFs to be 8.5x11? Does anyone print invoices on 11x17 paper?
2) If I email the invoice to a customer, they have not only that same problem with the print size, but I have had customers say that they can't open the PDF document. Something seems to be off the way PayPal generates the PDFs. Any ideas?
