Why isn't quick links on homepage anymore?

Quick Links is now gone from my homepage as with many other PayPal users. It has been replaced with Quick Invoice and another optional quick app slot. Please either fix this if broken or return it to what it was if this is a new intended feature as the old quick links is better.

No idea. Click Edit in the Actions section of the dashboard to select the two frequently used actions you want to appear in the section.

Or click on a section to expand drop down menu.
