automatic confirmation email using paypal or third part service

I would send an automatic confirmation email to my buyer, after receiving a payment in Paypal, is it possible using only paypal, or (in your expereince) i need a third part service.

any suggestion is welcome

thanks for your reply. i receive an email notification from "[removed]",  when I receive a payment. this email is not from buyer email (if i understand well your answer) and I can't reply to this email. I would send an automatic message (to buyer) after receiving a payment, something like " i confirm your payment, thanks"
