can i use subscription payment plan from india ?

hello, 

I am from india and i have a phpscript (multivendor)

it basically a e-commerce application. where the buyer will buy the product and the seller will also pay some subscription fees, 

my main question is can i use paypal in India for this kind of service? 

if yes please tell me how to enable the plan As of now I am getting  .flowlogging_id=f483849342c3c&code=ERROR&mfid=1694519122522_f483849342c3c

paypal is already integrated in the script
