I had anuathorized charges on my debit card that is linked to paypal. These charges were not from a paypal purchase, so you have nothing to do with the unauthorized charges. The issue is that my debit card has been canceled and no longer exists. This card was being used for the pay in 4 payments. I tried to delete the card so I could input my new card and link the pay in 4 to my new card, however paypal will not let me delete my card and will not let me pay my pay in 4 charges on my new card to replace my old card that has been canceled by my credit union over debit card fraud. If your glitch affects my credit score I will bring litigation against paypal. Please respond with how to proceed. Paypal will not answer customer service number or messages. Thank you
