how do I access payouts from game apps?

Ive recieved 9.24 ERO from a game app but I have no Idea how to access it any help please???

I'm been playing all these online games apps and watching all their ads and make lots of dollars and absolutely nothing gets put into my PayPal account. They all need to be shut down. Or the community of PayPal needs to file a class action lawsuits against all of the game developer who made the game app. Because it's false advertising and misleading the consumer and it's not right

Most of the games companies are based in Asia and so would only be subject to their own countries laws.

Secondly it has nothing to do with Paypal as these companies do not have Paypal accounts as they have no intention of paying anyone.

Most games are scams.

Hundreds of posts on this forum all saying money is pending from one game or another but I have never seen anyone actually get paid any money.
The large amounts of cash folks are trying to withdraw are a lot more than any game could earn with their advertisement sponsorships.

They just want you to think you will get cash to make you play or watch their ads or videos.
Research first as its very unlikely you are going to get a lot of money from playing a game !

Its also against Paypal rules (acceptable use policy) to use your Paypal account for any gaming or gambling purposes so that gaming site would be unable to offer Paypal as an option on the site to pay out rewards.
They just add a Paypal logo to their site to fool you into thinking that they will.

Been playing games for money however when cashed out when go to PayPal account payment not there however see under box that shld hve my balance in found entries in the corner of each amount I’ve cashed out says queue then the amount shld be then under that see what number I am in the queue has anyone else come across this. I’ve contacted PayPal several times they come back with my account set up correctly. Can anyone help recommend any solutions ty?
