have lost paypal debit card. how to report loss online?
i have tried according to various instructions that tell me to click on "Money", "PayPal Debit Card," etc., but I cannot find these terms on my menu.

Many thanks. But the instructions to which you refer do not appear relevant to my situation. I cannot find "PayPal Debit Card" on my Dashboard. Therefore, I do not have the option of clicking on "Manage PayPal Debit Card" and then reporting loss. Any further suggestions?

Sorry to hear that you've lost your PayPal Debit card and I see you're looking to report the loss to get your replacement. If you're not seeing the debit card option to report, please give a call to the debit card team to get your new card. You can find the contact number of the debit card team here.

Many thanks to both persons who took the time to offer advice. Eventually, I have successfully reported the loss of my card online. I mistakenly kept looking for PayPal Debit Card as a "topic" on the Dashboard menu; in fact, I simply needed to click on the image of the card itself! Before I realize that, I did call PayPal Customer Service, which required spending $$, since I am not currently in the US where my account is based. I tried three times; twice I was told that my card number or zip code must be wrong, which is absurd. One time, after spending a good 5 minutes keying in all that -- including something staff the robot referred to as "your social" -- I was told that i needed to speak to a human being, but human beings hadn't begun working yet! Very, very, very unimpressed with this sort of service.
