how i can send money to a friend, with pay later option?

I would like to ask you something.

A friend of mine will make a work for me and i would like to send him money with Pay Later option paypal.

Could i do this? Or he has to make an invoice ready for me with paypal, and after i will accept it and send money to him with Pay later?

PayPal Buy Now Pay Later otherwise know as PayPal Credit, is a credit limit that’s attached to your PayPal account which you can use for your online purchases.

It is available to use at thousands of stores online where PayPal is accepted. It cannot be used to send payments to your friends or family members I'm afraid. 

If your application is successful, PayPal Credit will be available as a funding source within your PayPal wallet. For further details, please click here.
