"Invite Friends" Does Not Work

I received an email from PayPal in May under the subject "Invite your friends, earn a £10 reward, and shop on" with the promotion ended on 30 Jun. In early this week, I tried to use the "Invite Your Friends" link provided in the email to do the referral. However, after clicking the link and logging on my PayPal account, a page showing "It looks like this programme isn't available" appeared and a I can only went back to my account home page after clicking the OK button on that page. 

 

I contacted PayPal customer service via message centre and reported this issue. I was asked if I cleared the cache memory of the browser. However, the fact was that I tried it not only on one device but different devices, not only one browser but different browsers, and even on PayPal app in my mobile. I contacted at least 3 agents through Message Centre on this issue in two consecutive days, I was told that my case has been passed to tech team for fixing. 

 

I alerted the agents that today is 28/6 while the Invite Friend promotion will end on 30/6, can it be fixed right away without further delay? Or if the issue can only be fixed after 30/6, can the promotion period be extended for me? I was told that the promotion cannot be extended even I am facing this technical issue which is not my problem. 

 

May I know if anyone faces the same problem? If yes, eventually how was it fixed? Can the PayPal team help fixing the issue for me right away without further delay?

This is where I entered before, however, after clicking the "Invite your friends" button on that page, it then links to a page showing "It looks like this programme isn't available" in my PayPal account.

Did you ever solve this? I have the same problem too, no adblockers, dns blockers, nothing, cleared cookies too.
