I am at my wits end. I have more than 15,000 Honey gold points and I've tried redeeming it to Paypal rewards. It's been more than a month I've tried to email yourfriends at joinhoney . com with NO ANSWER, no one replies to my Chats on Honey website, honey App, and even Paypal refuses to give me a straight answer. This website that paypal referred me to missing paypal honey rewards DOES NOT help at all either. 

Can Paypal stop pushing the buck and help me once and for all?

I've been trying to redeem over 4300 points for a year, I don't at this stage believe that there is actually anyone at honey support. I have sent over a dozen emails, the chat feature is a nonsense and never get further than the initial greeting, to prove this I started 10 chat sessions in differing browsers/machines at the same time and the agent name was always the same and the f=greeting was one of 3.

As with the above i can log in and complete the redemption process but never receive my gift cards and the balance never changes. At this stage i cant believe that they haven't been investigated for fraud or false representation.

I suspect when we have redeemed a certain amount of points, they just stop continuing to let us get more money. Mine stops after $160 cash.
