so on other pay in 4 platforms, I've also ran into a similar problem. what worked for me, (mostly) was purchasing an online instant access gift card for said store/sight/app. (make sure that you purchase a card/certificate for that store and not a visa/Mastercard etc universal type card, it does sometimes make all the difference because they will process as a credit/debit card and occasionally only one payment type is accepted OTHER than an internal gift card/certificate.) Load the remaining amount you need, (so say purchase amount is $600.00 and you have $500.00 available for use, buy gift card for $100.00) In payment section, make sure to use the gift card FIRST, usually you add it just like a credit card but they definitely have directions for you there as well. after adding gift card information, it'll say remaining balance $500.00 and will have more payment options; add another gift card, credit/debit card, and finance/pay in 4 installments options. click your choice of installment lender, again fill out pertinent information, and you should be good to go! hope this helps anyone in this predicament! happy shopping 🙂
