Can't find "Request money" option on phone app

The help section says "select Request money". But that's not an option I can find on the phone app. Nothing I try makes it show up on a menu. It should be easy to find. So how do I access this option

No, sorry, this does not answer my question. I didn't ask how to use the request money feature. I asked where do I find the feature.

The instructions say - open app and select "request money" 

I cant because when I open the app, the "request money" option isnt there. 

in fact: The words "request money" doesn't show up anywhere.

(when selecting all the options that do appear  and following all option links for each to the end)

Same here. I cannot find how to REQUEST MONEY FROM A FRIEND OR FAMILY. It goes thru as a BUSINESS transaction. What is this? A CASH GRAB BY PP to collect fees on EVERYTHING?

A money request is a goods / services payment.

The ONLY way to receive money from friends / family is by asking the sender to use the send money tab > friends / family to your paypal email address OR sending your personal paypal.me link for them to send a payment to you.
