We all know Costco throws random requirements for cards that it accepts at various times, but it usually it doesn't affect pin based debit cards. Recently, I've had my Business Debit Mastercard declined twice at their fuel pumps, even though my current balance was more than enough to cover their minimum hold and my Costco account is in good standing (and worked fine using one of my bank account cards at each of the declines).
Has anyone else been experiencing problems with their Paypal cards at Costco's U.S. fuel pumps?
