Error when trying to use PayPal USPS shipping

I'm trying to buy a USPS Shipping label on the PayPal shipping service and I keep getting an error when I click on "Calculate Cost". The error is "Sorry, we’re unable to process your request right now. Please try again later." It's been doing this for two days. Any suggestions how to fix?
