I had a doubt, I made a purchase at Myntra that was my first purchase ever on paypal. Paypal was offering a cashback of 50% so i chosed to pay through PayPal. But because of reasons I had to cancel that very first order and the cashback issued to me was retrieved back. If i make a new payment again with the same Id will that be still considered as first transaction ever?
Probably not because the cashback was actually issued and rescinded so that means it was not a failed transaction due to some technical glitch but that it went through as a eligible transaction, however you canceled the order.
But try it, may be you get lucky, may be not. No guarantee.
