PAYPAL WORKING CAPITAL ERROR ... BEWARE

So about a week prior to me paying of my paypal loan on May28th I called working capital to just check to see if I would be eligible for another loan and to see if they where lending due to Covid. Overall I was told it would be no problem. I paid off the raining 1900 and well waiting to apply. For 3 days I got a technical error message DLGJ0599 after speaking to several people on the phone and via chat . I finally had someone say well it is hard to get a loan right now. And is no words basically stated my sales weren't high enough. I am a new company started in 2018. Anyways, I broke down crying in tears I spent that 1900 to pay off the loan instead of purchasing more products. My hope was for another loan to make a bigger inventory purchase. Anyways , I rejected them to give me back the 1900.00 and me re-continue my old loan. BUT BEWARE RIGHT NOW . I say this because the last 2 days when I called I was advised to keep checking periodically because my loan just wasn't fully closed , but ultimately it is because I am not making the sales volume. I finally called and spoke to a supervisor Shannon at working Capital. She is or was suppose to call me back yesterday but no word yet. Everyone stay safe and thank you for reading.

UPDATE 06/06/2020  Shannon called me back at 5 pm yesterday. Long story short I am getting the error because I had a spike in sales in April and now in May and June a drop in sales. Also, because I had to refund like 6 people this all caused the system to give me an error. She said I can re apply each day but do not reapply more than once. Also , very frustrating part is I called like 3 times before I paid off my old loan to make sure my account was good to for another loan and well basically nobody every fully looked over my account. I was advised that they are not underwriters so they can not tell you what to do with your account. Which I understand but as our representatives they should look over your account and tell you the negatives they see. Instead they did not, They brushed me to the side much like the rest of their customers.

Unfortunately no I have not been approved. I try every morning and sometimes at night and I get the same error

It’s not your acct it has to be some problem with there system. I’ve had 4 loans with them all paid off very quickly and was approved for another loan but let it expire by a few days and now when I apply I keep getting the error message. I spoke with the webbank who approves the loan and they said it’s a technical error so they cannot make a decision on my application but to try again.
