PayPal Credit vs PayPal Cashback Mastercard

I've been seeing these invitations to apply for the PayPal Cashback Mastercard. I already have PayPal Credit, which comes with no attached card. My question is: is this suggesting I effectively attach this card to my existing credit from PayPal, or is it inviting me to create an entirely new credit account?

It's an entirely different account. The PayPal Cashback MasterCard has a physical card, whereas PayPal Credit aka billmelater does not and is a virtual line of credit exclusively available through PayPal integrated checkout systems or through your PayPal account if sending a payment through it, either at the website or through the app.
