I have a PayPal My CashCard that I bought in 2015 and remember loading some money into the card. The card has a 10 digit pin on the back of the card and has the following instructions:
1. Go to www.paypal.com/cash
2. Create an account or login into your account
3. Enter the 10 digit pin and add funds to your account
I somehow missed doing this back then and recently found this card. To my dismay, I do not find this website working any more and I do not know what to do. I spoke to the customer service agent and he later transferred me to an account specialist where a message came up saying "We cannot take your call at this time" and ever since then, I call the customer care number, the same message comes up. Can anyone help?
