PayPal offer of $50 toward Puffy Purchases

Based on an email offer I received from PayPal of a $50 credit for its use, I made a purchase from PUFFY. The $50 credit did not appear on my PayPal receipt as the offer stated. Is this a scam? Can’t get through to anyone there.

I used $50.00 from Puffy through Pay Pay not noticing that the amount was expired by June 20, 2021 and there is no record of this purchase on Pay Pal ??? Very deceiving!!! Now I made a purchase with Puffy for $139.00 with no discount of $50.00 !!! Total scam !!! Shame on Pay Pal to let this scam on there site:(
