Paypal debit card without SSN

Good afternoon, i am an international student and want to have your paypal debit card. But when i tried to complete the form on the app it asked my SSN. I dont have any SSN or ITIN because i am an international student. Is there any way to get your debit card without SSN? Thank you so much Have a nice day

Hi,

No. Will need SSN/ITIN. This a recent policy that in order to use the PayPal balance features, including getting a PayPal Cash card, you'll need SSN/ITIN.

Do you have a US bank account with an associated bank Visa or MasterCard debit card? Link both to PayPal to accept and withdrawal the money each time you receive payment and pay with bank account or the debit card. Won't be able to park funds in PayPal or spend with the PayPal balance.
