Today, Feb 2nd, I received an email message from PayPal about $15 off for a 1-800 flowers promotion. The problem is that it also states that it ended two days ago on Mar 31st. Was anyone able to use this or was it as useless as I found it was. I was going to buy some flowers, so now I guess I'll just go shopping.
