Seller can't ship

The seller says they aren't being allowed to see my shipping info to print a label. They said they talked to paypal and something has to be done on my end. What?

Thanks for reaching out to the PayPal Community forums. That is a bizarre issue. The merchant should have received your shipping address once you completed the payment. If you are in contact with the merchant, you may be able to provide your shipping address or the merchant can refund the payment and then invoice you so that you may send your payment with your shipping address.
