Trying to cash out reward points

My Paypal bill says I have 1,007 points that I can receive as cash back as a credit in my Paypal account. However, I can't find any way to do this on the website or anything on this topic in the Help section. Does anyone here know how to do this? Thank you.

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

Here's how to redeem your Reward Points:

1. Log in to your PayPal account
2. Click PayPal Mastercard and you will be transferred to the Synchrony Bank servicing site.
3. Click Rewards & Offers.
4. Select the Category you want to explore for reward redemption.

Tip: You can only access the rewards options once you have made a purchase, earned points and received a billing statement.
