When I received notice back in 2017 that PayPal Extras Mastercard was switching to Stnchrony Bank I thought, "Okay. Fine." Now, not okay and not fine. I'm so disappointed PayPal. We've been with you forever! Probably since you began. We grew to trust you. So sturdy, honest, reliable, and easy to use. Synchrony Bank. Not so trustworthy. They told me I could make autopayments. All I have to do is register online. Not quite so easy. I followed directions. Didn't work. I checked site again and again. I saw no option to set up autopay. The only option like it is, "Go Paperless." So disappointed. PayPal please disappoint no more. 😞
