Last month I received an email and saw a pop up window from Paypal for a $50 reward for the first time someone pays you using the QR Code method by the end of April. I followed their instructions closely, BUT have not yet received the $50 reward, and not a peep from PayPal about it. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know what to do about it?
