About disputes

I sent a guy $200 from a site named matchpay. He paid me through paypal. After a week he retracted his payment. I am left with -200 in my account now. I have shown them a receipt but the case went in favor of him. What should i do?? I have a proof that i paid him $200 through matchpay

Did you resolve this issue?  I am having the same problem.  I sent an e-mail to MatchPay to get their input as well.

No, i tried to contact them many times but they just don’t reply.. i am so disappointed in pay pal and match pay. I have to pay 200 out of my pocket not.

Same issue with Matchpay transaction. mine is "pending"  i think its matchpay where the glitches begin and end with zero customer service
