Business Debit Card Age Requirement

Can my 6 year old daughter have her own business debit card? or does she have to be older?

No, have to be 18 years of age to get card and/or have a PayPal account.

My child’s father is trying to get business debit card in my child’s name and she is only six years of age. I have been told the age limit for business debit cards can be a little tricky but every where I have looked says she has to be 13 years of age with a parent opening the account. So basically I wanted to confirm that he can’t put the debit card in her name due to her age.

No, have to be 18 years of age or the PayPal account gets permanently limited and ruined your child's chance of getting her own PayPal account and credit history. Your child will be ticked off by the time she wants to be able to build a credit history. Don't do that to your child.
