Can I buy a 'voucher/giftcard' for someone's PayPal account, ie for them to use at their PayPal checkout on any website?

Thanks for your reply. Our business offers employees incentive Gift Cards (£50 each) - for the Accountant/HMRC to be happy, it has to be a Gift Card/Voucher and not just a transfer of funds to the employee's PP account. So I actually want a PayPal Gift Card (not to pay another company) £'s paid by our business that an employee can then use whenever, checking out of ANY transaction. Does that make sense? It would be great if you could add this to your Gift Card options 🙂
