Grandma's Gift Shop advertiser - not delivering goods

I purchased from Grandma's Gift Shop website some $78 of good since April and I only received the least expensive item and the order shows as satisfied and delivered.  Anyone else with this problem? they could not even find my name.  I did have to dig for a copy of the invoice and order number because they could not even pull my order with my name. I'm waiting for them to tell me what happened with my order and/or return my money.

I had the same problem.  I bought from a seller named stonedejesus9941774.  The seller posted a tracking number that shows item delivered (which it wasn't).  I contacted UPS to find out what happened to it and it turns out that the sellers are stealing valid tracking numbers to claim as their own.  So the number this seller posted was a "valid" but it was not his, it was from Black and Decker to another person's name and address (in the same city as mine) who actually purchased from B&D.  I don't know how they are able to get valid tracking numbers but Paypal seems to endorse this behavior because, when I started a claim and explained what they had done, their response was to deny stating that "the seller provided a valid tracking number".  Did not matter that it was someone else's, that was good enough for Paypal to not even bother investigating, which  I thought they were supposed to do.    I will have to escalate this to arbitration because paypal does not truly investigate fraud.
