How do I enable Media Mail shipping through PayPal?

I am out in the country and to avoid going into town where people have the virus, I have created an account with the USPS so I can ship packaged books by media mail. However, I cant seem to figure out how to registe the packages under "Media mail."  Any advice??

You can create a Media Mail shipping label through our website at www.paypal.com/shipnow.

There you will choose USPS and see Media Mail as an option.
