Iphone 5s can't make a payment for tickets to FanDango... (maybe larger issue)

When I attempt to purchase tickets, I am forwarded to the PayPal checkout experience.  I log in and see my preferred account to pay from, but the button to pay is below the visible region on the screen.  Attempting to scroll down does not work.  The motion of scrolling down causes a gray rectangle to emerge (in tandem with my motion) from the bottom of the screen.  The screen does not scroll.  I cannot click on a pay button.

It looks like some fancy JavaScript is trying to draw something on the bottom of the screen and prevents the scrolling.

To make a payment with PayPal, I have to get to my laptop.  Not great.  This defect has been around for quite some time (6 mos+).

Any ideas...

Oh no! That definitely sounds frustrating. Could you please clarify if you receive this issue on multiple websites or just on the FanDango website? If it's only on their website, it might be an issue with their checkout process. If the issue is on multiple websites, this may be an issue with the phone's settings or that the phone is no longer supported.
