No, not possible. You might be able to use the voucher if you put code in the gift card or voucher field during checkout if available. But you can not extract funds from the voucher to your PayPal account. If you have a Paysafe MasterCard, then you may add and confirm it to your PayPal Wallet as a payment method and select the card at checkout.
