If I apply and get paypal credit can I add funds to my balance, or access my credit line through paypal using my card.
For example if I want to make a purchase can I use my card and spend paypal credit.

The PayPal Business debit card is not able to set PayPal Credit as a backup funding source when having a zero PayPal balance.
The PayPal Business debit card is able to set a PayPal branded credit card as a backup funding source when having a zero PayPal balance.
