Walmart didn’t get any order but i got charged on my credit card.

I contacted walmart customer service they said they didn’t receive any order and didn’t charged me at their end. But my credit card got charged. How should i solve this problem?

The pending temporary authorization will expire with funds released if merchant is not able to capture payment in no longer than 30 days.

So I’ll have to wait 30 days to get my funds back into my credit card? But i need them now as i need to purchase things.
