App Creation error "Something went wrong creating the application. Try again"

I am trying to create an app with my client's developer live account for the country of Germany, but it returns the error 'Something went wrong creating the application. Try again' .

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

I have tried to reproduce the issue and could able to create App via https://developer.paypal.com/ portal without any issues.

Could you please try now by clearing your browser cache/cookies.

I have the exactly same problem, but I'm in New Zealand. I tried with Opera, Firefox and Chrome. Nothing works.

I tested with Sandbox and it's fine, but now that I want to create the App for Live, I cannot do it.
