Connecting Affiliate Program

I'm trying to connect my website's Affiliate program to Pay Pal. In "My Account" I have requested in "Permissions" and "Payout up to 15000 recipients in one API Call" to be enabled. There is a green checkmark in the "Sandbox" column but the "Enable" message is still in the "Live" column. I cannot pay my affiliates via Pay Pal until this "Enable" turns to a green checkmark. Can you help?

I would suggest to please contact our PayPal Customer service via link - https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/home (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone) who should be able to help you regarding the request.

They will be able to assist you further as they are specially trained to address this type of account inquiry.
