Connecting Gravity Forms Paypal Checkout - PayPal Commerce Platform API

I'm trying to set up Gravity Forms Paypal Checkout Add-on. However, it's asking for a lot of info and we are stuck. (This does NOT happen with Gravity Forms Paypal Standard Legacy plugin).

After logging in, it says they'll need to revise the current business account to accept payments and asks if we want to use the existing business account or create a new one. We want to use the existing and select that. Then it asks us to describe the business. Then it wants a SSN (which is already in the paypal account) and Home address. And THEN it wants owner, executives and other info (that should already be in the account).

Gravity Forms stated: What you are describing is expected as part of PayPal's onboarding process to enable the PayPal Commerce Platform API for your PayPal account, which is a totally different and separate API not related with the ability of a PayPal account to use PayPal Standard payments.

Is there an easy way to enable this API from the PayPal account?

Good day @SkiGirlRetired,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

Gravity is a third-party plugin. To process payments through PayPal using the gravity plugin, you must complete the onboarding process.

Once the onboarding process is successfully completed, the Gravity plugin, as a third-party partner, will be able to perform API operations on your behalf. To facilitate this, the necessary API permissions should be granted to the Partner (API Caller).

If you are still experiencing issues, please create an MTS ticket via the following URL -  https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US. Please ensure that you provide detailed information and error details when submitting the ticket.

Sincerely,
