We are a marketplace for creators where you can monetize your content and get paid. Technical support helped us out with how we can integrate it in a sandbox environment.

For one-time payments, we used this -

For subscriptions, we used this (suggested by PayPal technical support)

Now we want to move forward and get approved for a live environment. We asked this at paypal-support.com, and they said that we need to fill the form here:

We submitted a few times but we still haven't received any response yet.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue where PayPal is not responding here?
