Need setup of the paypal for my store owners.

I am creating the platform same as shopify and I want to set the option for payment and thre I give the paypal option to the store owner. I mean store owner come into my platform and create the store after that he need to active the paypal for accepting the payment so How can I set it by one click "Set up"?

You need to look at PayPal for Marketplaces.

The part you're asking about specifically is under Onboarding Users.  This allows them to connect their PayPal account to your platform, and then you use their `merchant_id` to specify the account your app is making API calls on behalf of.
