Payouts API got AUTHORIZATION_ERROR error in live

I use payouts API got AUTHORIZATION_ERROR error in live, and my business account was verified. how to solve this issue ?

Hi @istaging 

It sounds like your account may not be enabled for Payouts. Follow these steps to contact customer support so that they can get you enabled for Payouts.

 • Log in to your account at www.paypal.com.
 • Click Help at the top of the page.
 • Click Help Center at the bottom of the page.
 • Scroll to the bottom and click "Contact Us"
 • Choose “Message Us” at the bottom.
