Paypal transaction is missing the Order details

Hello,
I discovered that Paypal transactions through my website using WooCommerce have no description or product name in the Order details section.
Order information on the website is complete, but on Paypal's website, those transactions do not have any information in "Order detais"
In this case, will I be protected when the buyer makes a complaint?

My website has unreleased products that require deposits, I used a plugin called WooCommerce Deposits by Webtomizer, and all payments from similar products have no description on paypal. Using this plugin, 1 order will be split into 2 payments, and both payments will have missing information in the "Order details" section.
Although the order information on the website and emails sent to customers are full of product information.

We don't use woo commerce but a recent update or something has caused our transaction report to be missing the customer phone number (which we have required in the form) AND all of our custom field data (e.g. color, size, etc) so we have no idea what they actually ordered and no phone number to contact them. Email is not sufficient for this.

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.
PayPal system is a payment gateway, which will receive the payment request payload (i.e. Payment and Item details, Shipping details, Invoice number, Amount details, etc.) from merchant websites(built via third-party platforms eCommerce ) and process the payments accordingly.
Merchants should handle their internal website code and pass the appropriate payment API calls to the PayPal system.
Regarding missing order details, I would suggest to please cross cross-checking your internal website code and making sure you trigger API requests per order.
