Some webhook events are not being sent and not being record in the wehbook events logs

Hi there,

After creating a subscription and activating it (using API requests), I get webhook events for the creation and activation but no PAYMENT.SALE.COMPLETED events. Not when there is a trial with a price, not with a regular price.

It's not sent to my server and it's not even being recorded in the webhook events tool for playback.

I'm using the Sandbox.
