Where has the "Add New Third Party Permissions" gone.

I am trying to integrate my online accounting software (Freeagent) with my PayPal account. This enables me to use the PayPal feed to download my transactions. In the previous design of PayPal this was found by:
- Going to "All Tools"
- Selecting Integrate PayPal & opening that
- Selecting "API credentials" & clicking
- Selecting Grant API permissions
- Scrolling down that permissions page to Add New Third Party Permissions -
- Entering the API username and then adding (granting) permissions.
Does anyone know where that can be done in the newly designed user-friendly dashboard?
Thanks.

Hi Chiranjeevi L,
Thanks for the link, I guess PayPal has taken everyone by surprise with the redesign of their website. The"Settings" Cog Wheel is gone, When I spoke to the support team they had not been told either so it took a little digging but they eventually let me know. The simplest way in this new design is to simply click "Activity" in the top menu, and in the drop-down mega menu under "Operations" select the last menu item "API access"
I have to agree this is far simpler than before.
Again my thanks for your swift reply and the link you gave to that page.
Kind regards,
Les
