Which one is the latest currency converter API?

Does PayPal provide a currency converter API that gives true exchange rate, instead of one that benefits PayPal?

Hi @Wotz, 

Thanks for reaching out to the community as this is a great question. 

We do have an option under your balance section that will give you the option to convert the currency on your account. However, this rate would include the currency conversion fee that is assessed at the time the conversion is done. We don't have a generic currency converter with the true exchange rate, unfortunately.
