Other posts re notify_url stopped working mainly concern use in the SandPit
Our live system that has been working for years has stopped responding around Sep 2022. Various attempts to get assistance from PayPal Support have failed to get someone to look at it
To my knowledge, the only change at our end is that we had to re-locate to a new server with a new fixed IP (no change to the software code) - could this be an issue?
