schedule once integration

I've been trying for a week to integrate paypal to my oncehub (formerly schedule once) account. It's a native integration I believe. payment_api1.scheduleonce.com
The integration stops after login to paypal and I receive a message that more information is required. Once hub receives a response with a property stating riskStatus=MANUAL_REVIEW and we also received riskStatus=NEED_MORE_DATA.
I have checked on the phone every day for the past week with paypal and am told every time that my account is fine. Today, however someone said i need to set up my account to receive and send money and this requires the paypal sales team to call me to do this and that they will try to call me within 5 days.... 5 days??
Does anyone know what i need to do and can I do it myself?
I can see that my account has granted permissions to the scheduleonce app.
