Bank transfer 'complete'?

I recently requested to withdraw my paypal balance to my wachovia bank account (approx $43). However, when I check my balance online there is no deposit from paypal and my paypal balance is empty. Its as if the money disappeared!
Some important details that might be an issue:
- My bank account is listed as Wachovia, not Wells Fargo since it was still called Wachovia when I added the bank to my account. Not sure if thats important
- I currently have an open dispute about an unauthorized payment to Microsoft. It said my funds would be unavailable but it still let me withdraw
the microsoft dispute ends in a few days, but I need that money I withdrew now

How long ago did you initiate your withdrawal? If it was greater than 7 business days (exclude weekends/holidays) then you can contact Customer Solutions to begin the trace process. If it's just been as recent as September 3, we're within the normal processing time for bank transfers. You can learn more about timeframes in this article.
