I am posting a question similar to a previous post, which received no reply.
I would like to send money to a person in Peru for a service he can provide online. The Paypal web site says he can receive Paypal funds in Peru (I could send them in US$), but to withdraw his funds, he has to withdraw them from a US bank.
What US bank in Peru can he use? Will he have to set up an account with this bank? Couldn't he use his own bank?
